Can I book a private class?
Absolutely! Many people choose a private session to either work through or heal injury, to educate themselves in the practice before going into a public class or just to connect with friends or family in a practice targeted directly to them. Whatever the reason, we are delighted to help give you what you need. We would love to connect either online or in-person.
Which of your classes is best suited for me?
Most of our classes are suitable for a variety of levels of experience and aptitude. If you are a total beginner, Gentle Yoga or Deep Stretch Gentle Yoga are a good place to start. If you have some experience the All-levels yoga or evening yoga class would be a good fit. If you are looking to grow your practice and be a little challenged, you may want to try All-levels Intermediate. If you are not sure which class suits you best, please reach out to us or come out and try your first class for free!
Do you offer virtual classes?
We offer a couple of online classes for those wishing to practice from the comfort of their own home. If you register for online, we will send you the Zoom link for the class. Registered Zoom classes can be accessed for a week after the live class, incase you cannot make it to the session. Please request the recording from your instructor.
