A well-balanced practice with a focus on increasing flexibility and relieving tight, sore muscles. This class offers a slower paced flow with longer holds and focuses on skillful alignment to help you develop and build your practice. Expect some challenges combined with calming and relaxing practices. Suitable for all-levels.
Focuses on traditional Hatha yoga poses, blending the styles of Kripalu and Ashaya yoga. Emphasis is placed on breath and movement, and developing self-awareness. This is a gentle class, available to all levels, bringing body, mind and soul together.
This class offers a more challenging practice than all-levels; with an emphasis on building strength and endurance, alongside flexibility. Some classes will include flow, while others focus on building up to intermediate level poses. This well-rounded practice will leave you feeling empowered and relaxed. Some yoga experience is recommended.
Allow yourself to slow down and connect with your breath in this evening yoga practice. Expect a mindful flow, followed by a sweet cooldown, to help ease tension in your body and mind and prepare you for a restful sleep. Suitable for all-levels.
Treat your body and head to a sweet, slow-paced practice. The class focuses on conscious breathing combined with soulful, gentle yoga practice. Stretches are held to facilitate a deep release. Classes emphasize seated or supine poses, and often include yin poses to help you relax and rest at the end of your week. All-levels, including beginners, are welcome to this practice.
Jump-start your weekend with a traditional Vinyasa flow practice that will get your blood moving and your head ready for a strong, healthy start to the day. Some yoga experience is recommended as flow transitions are somewhat fast-paced.
Classes are offered by sessions (typically 8-9 weeks). Drop-ins are welcome, provided space is available.
