Grace Rosewarne

Grace brings a special generosity and enthusiasm into her teaching style, seamlessly weaving her extensive knowledge of the physical practice with her deep wisdom of yoga philosophy, making her practices rich for both body and heart. She is skillful at adapting her classes to align with the experience and interest of her students. Her classes are uplifting, empowering and joyful.

Grace has been a dedicated and passionate student and teacher of yoga for over 15 years. Originally certified in Vinyasa Hatha Yoga, she has since turned her studentship toward a more therapeutic and alignment-based approach to yoga asana, primarily rooted in Anusara Yoga® and Ashaya Yoga®. She received her Hatha Yoga certification from Michelle Cormack and an Anusara certification with Todd Norian, and is a licensed 500-hour Ashaya Yoga® teacher. Over the last ten years she has immersed herself in the growth of her practice and teaching through hundreds of study hours in yoga asana, therapeutics, anatomy and philosophy. Grace is also a trained massage therapist and a certified Structural Integration Therapist.

Tania Seagrove 

Tania began her path of yoga at the age of 15 in the classical Ashtanga tradition. She completed her first yoga training in 1998 at the   Ashtanga Yoga Institute in California with Baba Hari Das, followed by Ashaya Yoga with Todd Norian some years later. Tania's classes blend the roots of a focused classical yoga practice with a creative and playful vinyasa flow. She is passionate about helping others explore freedom through movement and breath. Tania has been teaching in the Fergus, Elora and Guelph area for the last 8 years. She is adept at providing leadership for special events and retreats. 

Miranda Kissick

Miranda is a certified Kripalu yoga instructor. She completed her training in 2010 and has been teaching in the Elora/Fergus community for 12 years. She also studies with Todd Norian in the Ashaya  yoga method; which focuses on heart-centred themes combined with skillful physical alignment. Her classes bring forward a blend of both Kripalu and Ashaya yoga accented by Mirandas compassionate and heart-felt approach to teaching.

Miranda loves introducing new people to yoga and believes that anyone who breathes can do yoga!
